When we opened in 2008 we had six rooms, a kitchen, and one principle: guests are not units of revenue, they are people we have invited home. 18 years later we have 200 keys, three restaurants and a casino floor — and that principle has not shifted an inch.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. We have, over 18 years, chosen one and held to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct about what good looks like. That is not something a building can produce on its own. It comes from people.
We hope you will come and judge for yourself. And, when you do, we hope you will tell us where we fell short, so that the next 18 years improve on the last.

Do you provide airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or as late as two hours before arrival. For guests pressed for time, our helipad runs from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.
Which ages are admitted?+
Our property is reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the character of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested on arrival. Children are warmly welcomed at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Reservations can be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always recommend travel insurance.
Can you host private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda are available for private hire, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a particular pleasure of ours; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of an initial enquiry.
